Order Cut-Off Time, Transit, and Processing

The duration from the time an order is placed until the product is packaged and prepared for shipment (turned over to the carrier) is known as the handling time or order processing time.

Orders are processed between Monday and Friday in 1-2 business days.

The order deadline is 12 PM EST, meaning your order will be processed the next working day if it is placed after the cutoff time.

The time it takes a carrier to get an item from a supplier to a client is referred to as the "transit time." There will be a 3–4 business day transit period (Monday–Friday).

What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. We monitor all packages, but if for reason your order is delayed and you haven't heard from us, initiate the conversation at support@legacylivinggoods.com with your order number please.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive; if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage, to support@legacylivinggoods.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. 

Cancellations
