Refund Policy
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of the order however the items should be as they were received unused and in their original packaging where relevant.
Cancellations

Exchanges
We accept exchanges. If you need to exchange something please contact us at support@legacylivinggoods.com immediately.
Return Process
You have 30 days to make your refund or return request from the original date you received your items. If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
You may initiate the process by reaching out at support@legacylivinggoods.com with your order number. Please do not send us any items unless you have gotten in touch first.
We will provide you with the return address on it and all the other necessary information.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive; if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage, to support@legacylivinggoods.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
