Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at +1 (313) 513-7321, the chat in the bottom right, or email support@legacylivinggoods.com at any time.
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
Return Process
You have 30 days to make your refund or return request from the original date you received your items. If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
You may initiate the process by reaching out at support@legacylivinggoods.com with your order number. Please do not send us any items unless you have gotten in touch first.
We will provide you with the return shipping label with the return address on it and all the other necessary information
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive; if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage, to support@legacylivinggoods.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Please file this report with us within 24 hours, otherwise we will not be able to assist you.
Warranty
Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.
Refund Timeframe
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
